What Does it Mean?DIGITAL PHONE PRESENCE– This is a connection fee, which enables the phone provided by Maxsip to be connected into our switch at our central office. Customer must have one phone presence for each phone purchased or connected to our service. LINE PATH– A line path is the number of simultaneous inbound/outbound calls the customer can make. Customer must order a minimum of one Line Path. DID– (Phone Number) The customer can have multiple phone numbers pointing to an Auto Attendant or to one extension or extensions. Customer may use these extension as virtual extensions. Customer must order a minimum of one DID. EXTENSION– This enables the customer to customize the settings on each phone for features such as voicemail, voicemail to email, call transfer, call forwarding, extension forwarding, conference calling, etc. Customer must order a minimum of one extension. The number of extensions you buy is equal to the number of voicemail boxes you will have. AUTO ATTENDANT– Single recording that customer can record, or Maxsip will provide a standard Auto Attendant recording. Maxsip can provide a professional recording for an additional cost. Customer must provide script for Auto Attendant. Auto Attendant is optional. Customer may purchase a calling plan or will be billed for all calls at 4.9¢ per minute. CALLING PLANSBusiness Basic, Plus and Premuim Plans: Plan minutes are shared amongst all phones in the customer's account. Business Unlimited Plan: Customer must multiply the per line rate by the total line paths ordered.
*Additional cost for use of minutes over plan allowance will be billed at 4.9¢ per minute. |
